Zimbabox we operates the website https://zimbabox.com and related services that help you generate and publish ads and videos to social platforms. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use and share it.
Information We Collect
- Account & Contact Data: name, email address, and profile settings you provide (e.g., when creating an account or contacting support).
- Content & Metadata: media you upload, prompts, titles, captions, target platforms, schedules, thumbnails, and generated outputs.
- Usage Data: IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, referring URLs, date/time stamps, and product interactions.
- Connected Platform Data: if you connect third-party accounts (e.g., YouTube), we receive the permissions (scopes) you grant and basic IDs necessary to upload and manage content on your behalf.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve our services (including content generation, scheduling, and publishing).
- Authenticate you and your connected social accounts and apply your preferences.
- Communicate with you about updates, security notices, and support.
- Comply with legal requirements and enforce our Terms.

YouTube & Google APIs
Our product may use YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on your behalf. Your use of YouTube is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service. You can review and revoke Zimbabox’s access at any time via Google Security Settings.
Data Retention
We keep personal data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion (see “Your Rights” below).
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your Rights
Subject to applicable law (e.g., GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent.
