Sweet sour grape leaves with pomegranate Honey (Dolma)

Dolma is a family of stuffed dishes associated with the middle east cuisine, and common in modern national cuisines of regions and countries that once were part of the the middle east cuisine. Some types of dolma are made with whole vegetables, fruit, offal or seafood, while others are made by wrapping grape, cabbage, or other leaves around the filling. Wrapped dolma are known as sarma(in Turkey). They can be served warm or at room temperature

Filling Ingredients:

  • 1 Grape Leaves A pack of Goody Grape Leaves
  • 1 Rice cup Egyptian rice cup
  • 1 Bell pepper Medium finely chopped
  • 6 Garlic Finely crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tomato One large tomato, finely chopped and drained
  • 1 Coriander, parsley and mint one Grasp each
  • 1 Tomato paste one spoon
  • 1 Lemon juice 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 Pomegranate honey cup
  • 1 salt, cumin, coriander, turmeric, mixed spice, paprika and black pepper According to taste and desire

Grape Leaves Ingredients:

  • 1 Onion , Bell pepper , Potatoes Rings slices
  • 1 salted chicken broth 1 cup
  • 1/2 pomegranate honey 1/2 cup
  • 1 lemon juice 1 cup
  • 1 olive oil 1 cup
