1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (and at least 13 years old). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt, and transmit your content solely to provide the services (including generating, scheduling, and publishing videos and related assets).

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

3. Generated Content & AI

Our tools may generate or assist in generating text, images, audio, or video. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and using them in compliance with applicable laws and the policies of the platforms where you publish.

4. Connected Platforms

When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., YouTube), you authorize us to act on your behalf within the permissions you grant (scopes) — such as uploading videos, setting titles/captions, or scheduling posts. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies (e.g., YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy). You can revoke Zimbabox’s access at any time in your platform settings, including Google Security Settings.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not upload or publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing content.
Do not violate intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
Do not abuse APIs, circumvent rate limits, or harm the integrity or security of the services.

6. Fees

If fees apply, they will be shown at the point of purchase or in your plan. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the plan terms. Taxes may be additional where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

We and our licensors own the services and all related software, interfaces, and branding. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you to use the services, no license is granted.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THAT OUTPUT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zimbabox from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising out of your content or your use of the services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including violations of these Terms or legal/policy requirements. Upon termination, licenses you granted to us end, except to the extent reasonably necessary for archiving, legal, or billing purposes.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Netherlands (with venue reasonably assigned, e.g., Amsterdam) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to the services or these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
