    The U-shaped connector is perfect for my setup in bed. My charging cable is really long and plugs into an outlet at the head of my bed frame – before I got this adapter it was a pain to manage the cable without unplugging my phone or tugging it loose in my sleep. With this adapter, the cable behaves itself and I am no longer worried about damaging the cable if i roll over my phone since the magnet will disconnect before anything breaks. This also eliminates the risk of getting moisture or lint in the port, which means no more annoying warning messages on my android phone about foreign objects being detected in the charging port. Highly recommended.

    I no have no complaints about these products. I liked them so much I ordered more to get all of my devices consistently connected. The magnetic hold is a little weaker than I’d like, but it just adds a minor learning curve on handling items that are plugged in while in a vehicular setting. Works great with CarPlay, charges nicely.

    the magnet is a little weak for a right angle adapter and the plug is very difficult to remove once inserted. it does the job otherwise with a few random disconnects, give it 3.5 stars
